This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forms an integral part of these Terms. You must not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to engage in, attempt, facilitate, solicit, promote, advertise, or benefit from any of the following. These prohibitions apply to profiles, photos, messages, links, and any other use of the Service.

Zero-tolerance prohibitions

• Abuse or exploitation of any person: helping, encouraging, promoting or facilitating the abuse or exploitation of any person, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. This general prohibition applies beyond human trafficking and child safety, and covers all forms of harm, abuse or exploitation.
• Human trafficking or sex trafficking: recruiting, harbouring, transporting, providing, obtaining, advertising, or exploiting any person for labour or commercial sex through force, fraud or coercion, or involving any person under 18, is strictly prohibited.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): creating, possessing, uploading, downloading, storing, transmitting, soliciting, sharing, linking to, or otherwise dealing with any sexual, pornographic or exploitative content depicting or involving a minor (any person under 18) is strictly prohibited. This includes real, realistic, fictional and AI-generated depictions.
• Any sexual interaction, content or communication involving a minor, and any attempt to contact, groom or exploit a minor, is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity that exploits, abuses or endangers a child is strictly prohibited.
• Sexually explicit private messages and interactions: sending, requesting, exchanging or maintaining any sexually explicit communication, private message or interaction via the Service is strictly prohibited, whether consensual or not. Sexually explicit messages between consenting adults are therefore also strictly prohibited.

The Service is strictly reserved for consenting adults aged 18 or over. Any account, content or communication involving a minor, or suspected of involving a minor, will be removed immediately.

If we become aware of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), human trafficking or sex trafficking, or any abuse or exploitation of a person, we will immediately remove the relevant content, disable the account, preserve evidence as required by law, and report the matter to competent law-enforcement authorities and, where applicable, child-protection authorities.

A violation of this AUP results in immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities. You must report any suspected CSAM, human trafficking, sex trafficking, abuse, exploitation, or involvement of a minor via the in-app reporting tools or by emailing [email protected].

freemeet provides reporting tools and moderation mechanisms (automated and/or human). Given the volume of content published, prior review of all content is not guaranteed.

You are encouraged to report any content or behaviour that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy using the tools provided. Abusive or repeated bad-faith reports may themselves lead to sanctions.

Depending on the seriousness of the facts, freemeet may in particular: warn the user, hide or delete content, limit certain features, suspend or delete an account. Reports of CSAM, human trafficking or sex trafficking are treated as an emergency and lead to immediate action as set out in the AUP.
